Resilience in All-Optical Label Swapping Networks

Abstract

All-Optical Label Swapping is a promising packet-switching technology but has as main disadvantage that nodes can be very component-consuming. This paper deals with dimensioning the all-optical nodes when the all-optical network is made resilient.
