Abstract

We demonstrate IP-over-DWDM networking as “alien-wavelength" over Embratel's existing DWDM infrastructure, with robust transmission, and fully functional standards-based OAM&P. While the router interface is LANPHY based, OAM&P is achieved via a G.709 wrapper.
