Abstract

Telefonica International Wholesale Services, as many Internet Tier-1 Backbone operators, is dealing with traffic growth and its business sustainability. 2012 should be the year when 100GbE, coherent 100G transmission and Packet/OTN switching should become the cost effective solution.
