Abstract

A cost-effective microlens-imprinted film between the VCSEL and the polymer waveguide has a benefit of improving mode launch condition in multimode fiber. We demonstrated 25-Gb/s 200-m multimode-fiber transmission by using this novel FPC-OE transceiver
