First Experimental and Theoretical Agreement for cw Conical Emission

Abstract

A detailed comparison is made with good agreement between experimental observations and numerical computations of near-field spatial profiles, far-field spatial profiles, and frequency spectra. Essential to this good agreement is the transverse and Doppler effects that were included in the theory.
