Bright temporal solitons in AlGaAs waveguides at 810 nm

Abstract

We report the experimental observation of bright temporal solitons propagating within an AlGaAs waveguide at 810 nm. A gradual narrowing of the output pulsewidth has been measured as a function of input power.
