Abstract
The emergence of stable spatio-temporal patterns in a variety of physical situations may be modeled through the well-known complex Ginzburg-Landau equation (CGLE). In optics, it is useful in analyzing optical transmission lines [1, 2, 3, 4] and fiber lasers [5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11]. In each case, the problem of the interaction of two neighboring pulses is crucial for transmission of information [12].
