Abstract

We report on the up-converted emission of blue light from a novel organic stilbenoid compound (1, 4-bis(diphenylamino-styryl)-benzene) dopant in a PMMA fiber due to the two-photon absorption of 770 nm pulses from a Tittanium Sapphire laser.
