Abstract

We analyze the existence of various types of discrete soliton clusters - coupled bound states of many solitons in a lattice possessing a notrivial vortex-like phase. We derive the conditions for the existence of symmetric and asymmetric (unconventional) lattice vortices, and demonstrate the rhomboid and triangular discrete vortices.
