Abstract
A sequence of molecular-beam epitaxially-grown multiple-quantum-well samples with varying well-width have been investigated using the two-beam self-diffracted coherent-transient arrangement1. The four samples were grown sequentially to provide a consistent sample set, each with identical substrate, buffer and cap layers. The cadmium concentration and number of quantum-wells were maintained at 20% and fifty respectively and the well-widths were varied from 1nm to 6nm.
