Abstract

We demonstrate a GaAs OPO. It utilizes all-epitaxially-grown quasi-phasematched GaAs pumped by near-IR pulses, has 2-10µm tunability, 16µJ threshold and 54% slope quantum efficiency. We also show that it can be pumped by unpolarized light.
