Images of hydrogen deficiency on H-Si (111) surfaces observed by second harmonic microscopy

Abstract

SH intensity images of hydrogen terminated Si (111) surface partially irradiated with UV light were observed. We have demonstrated that spatial distribution of hydrogen desorption can be observed by SH microscopy.
