Abstract

We demonstrate a stable 10GHz actively mode-locked fiber laser employing a 151cm-long bismuth-oxide-based highly nonlinear erbium-doped fiber. The wavelength tuning range is 80nm covering the CL-band, and the pulsewidth is varied from 7.8ps to 23.0ps.
