Abstract

Spectral self-imaging effects are induced on infinite-duration periodic frequency combs using cross-phase modulation with a parabolic pulse train. Free-spectral-range tuning or wavelength-shifting can be achieved by changing the parabolic pulse peak power or repetition rate.
