Multiple Quasi-phase-matched Third-harmonic Generations by Coupling of Orthogonal Polarizations

Abstract

A general theory for multiple quasi-phase-matched third-harmonic generation is investigated. All twenty-four configurations by cascaded two parametric processes could be divided into three categories based on the coupling types of the orthogonal polarizations.
