Terahertz third-order nonlinear conductance of metallic armchair graphene nanoribbons

Abstract

We compute the terahertz third-order nonlinear conductance of metallic armchair graphene nanoribbons. For a parallel-polarized incident field, the 300K conductance is enhanced over bulk graphene by more than an order of magnitude.
