Single cell fate visualization, evaluation, and quantification by high-speed XYZT 2P imaging in living animals

Abstract

By high-speed two photon in vivo visualization system with light-manipulation technique, we visualized single cell fates, and elucidated pathological multi-cellular interplay. We applied this system for thrombus formation, artery contractions, and inflammatory responses with morphological evaluation by new software.
