Graphene Terahertz Waveguide Filled with LiNbO3

Abstract

We propose a graphene terahertz waveguide filled with LiNbO3 for wave coupling and frequency conversion, which is achieved through modulation of the graphene conductivity by the induced nonlinear polarization in the LiNbO3.
