Strongly coupled stimulated Brillouin scattering in plasmas for generation and amplification of intense vortex and vector pulses

Abstract

We propose a scheme that can efficiently g enerate a nd a mplify vortex and vector pulses to high intensities by employing strongly-coupled Brillouin scattering in plas-mas. We show various angular momentum couplings, leading to the creation of new exotic pulses.
