IR Gradient Index (GRIN) Materials For Broad-Band IR Optics

Abstract

We report new IR GRIN materials for multi-spectral IR optics with a delta-n of 0.4. These new materials transmit SWIR-LWIR (0.9 µm - >12 µm) and have dispersion gradients to enable multi-band color correction.
