Nanoscale Characterization of Photovoltaic Devices

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Microstructure of CdTe photovoltaic devices is investigated using two optical spectroscopies based on scanning probes: photothermal induced resonance and near-field transmission. The techniques map the band gap, shallow and deep defects on sub-grain level. Article not available.
