Metasurfaces and Metalenses Based on Partial Control of the Phase of Light

Abstract

We introduce a new class of metasurfaces and experimentally demonstrate efficient large angle beam deflection and immersion metalenses with unprecedented resolution (0.35λ) at visible wavelengths based on our concept.
