Abstract

We study complementary THz metasurfaces with changing lattice constant. On thick substrates the LC-resonance anti-crosses with a surface plasmon polaritons mode. On 10 μm Si-membranes, we reveal a superradiantly limited linewidth of the LC-resonance.
