Gradual Refractive Index Changes in OrmoComp by Three-Dimensional Additive Femtosecond Laser Manufacturing

Not Accessible

Abstract

Microstructures with a refractive index gradient are polymerized in OrmoComp by an additive, femtosecond laser-based nanoscale manufacturing process. The refractive index is controlled by varying laser intensity or writing velocity, respectively, and measured by the respective phase change by digital holographic microscopy.
