UV Emitting Colloidal MoS2 Quantum Dots

Abstract

In this article, we report fabrication of high-quality MoS2 quantum dots (QDs) absorbing and emitting in UV region, which is in contrast to its visible emitting 2D counterparts, due to high quantum confinement effects.
