Entanglement Generation and Propagation in Optical Fiber

Abstract

Progress on telecom-band in-fiber entanglement generation and long-distance transmission (> 100km) will be described, including generation of entangled photon-pairs at 10GHz pulse rates for WDM operation. Characterization and applications of the distributed entanglement will be discussed.
