Wavelength Tunable Laser based on Angular Tuning of Two Dimensional Nonlinear Photonic Crystals with Disk Shape

Abstract

A wavelength tunable parametric down-conversion laser was achieved on disk 2D periodically poled lithium tantalate. The idea facilitated angle tuning more than 90° and the spectral range of signal could vary from 600nm to 787nm.
