SPDM – Single Molecule Superresolution of receptor clusters in E. coli bacteria

Abstract

In E. coli bacteria the chemotaxis phosphatase protein CheZ was labelled with YFP (yellow fluorescent protein). Their reversible photobleaching is used for an optical isolation in time. An average localization precision of 22nm was achieved.
