Potential information gains from superresolution with correlated emitters

Abstract

We theoretically analyze information gains from using correlated (but spectrally distinct) fluorophores in superresolution localization microscopy at high labeling densities. Imaging with pairs of anti-correlated fluorophores reduces biases in estimation of fluorophore spacing.
