Multimodal Biomedical Imaging with Programmable Pulses from a Yb-Fiber Laser

Abstract

We present multimodal depth-resolved imaging of unstained tissues using a Yb-fiber laser with a programmable pulse shaper, in the clinically relevant epi-direction. Excitation with sub-40 fs pulses minimizes thermal damage and photobleaching. .
