Simulating Angular Light Scattering of Non-Nuclear Organelles from Single Cells

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

We present simulated angular scattering from organelle populations of arbitrary size distribution and spatial location. Simulations will be used to explore the limitations of extracting size information from single cells, motivated by experiments.
