Phase-Sensitive Characterization of Dynamics in Biofilms in Response to Chemical Cues

Abstract

Bacterial biofilm shows different dynamics in response to the environment. Three-dimensional phase-sensitive optical sectioning characterizes the dynamics inside of biofilm by the optical texture and the systematic Doppler shift measurements.
