Accelerating Two Photon Microscopy Imaging Speeds Using Silicon Photomultipliers

Abstract

We demonstrate a new approach to two photon detection electronics that dramatically increases bandwidth and dynamic range, enabling higher imaging speeds and SNR than conventional PMTs. We have made this technology available through the OpenSiPM project.
