Second harmonic generation transmission matrix microscopy for computational aberration correction

Abstract

We introduce a method to record the transmission matrix of second-harmonic signals, and computationally correct sample-induced aberration. We demonstrated proposed concept by imaging a target under an aberration layer and visualizing muscle tissue in zebrafish.
