Reconstruction of Three-Dimensional Objects from Denoised Captured Digital Holograms by CNN

Abstract

Although, three-dimensional profile of a microscopic object can be obtained by using digital holography methods, they can be corrupted by speckle noise. We propose a method, based on deep learning, to suppress the noise.
