Nanophotonics Devices and Integration for Future Applications

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

IBM has established a sub-100nm technology platform for monolithic integration of deeply-scaled nanophotonics devices with analog mixed signal circuits. The CMOS-integrated nanophotonics technology is promising for cost-effective 25Gbps transceivers operating within extended temperature ranges.
