Time-Frequency Domain Signaling/Multiplexing for Optical Filter-less Networking

Abstract

We describe optical filter-less time-frequency domain signal processing for large capacity and high-spectral-efficiency flexible networking. Optical multilevel signaling based on coherent synthesis approaches and time-frequency domain multiplexing/demultiplexing techniques are introduced.
