Fabrication of Three-dimensional Photonic Crystal Using Lamb Waves

Abstract

This work set up a Lamb wave excitation device for assembling polystyrene nanospheres into 3D photonic crystals (PCs) of face-centered cubic structures. The optical property of fabricated PCs was verified by transmittance spectra measurements.
