Open and Disaggregated Transponder for Distributed Computing Network

Abstract

In this paper, we apply an open and disaggregated methodology to inter-datacenter networks and propose a transponder architecture that is scalable, agile, efficient, and low-latency. The effectiveness of the proposed architecture is discussed.
