Abstract
Recently a large progress in fiber communication optics at Zero Dispersion Wavelength (ZDW) with semiconductor optical amplifiers was achieved [1, 2]. However the system performance is essentially constrained by the properties of semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOA) commonly used at λ0= 1.3 µm.
