Metrology of grazing incidence optics

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Grazing incidence optics are coming into more frequent use for the x-ray, extreme UV, and visible regions of the spectrum. These applications include astronomical telescopes, synchrotron beam handling systems, resonators for free-electron lasers, and microscopes for plasma x-ray diagnostics.
