Three-dimensional diffraction tomography using circular-grating interferometry

Abstract

We previously described a 2-D diffraction tomography process using a grating interferometer with incoherent illumination.1 We extend this to the third dimension by using an incoherently illuminated grating interferometer formed by a pair of circular gratings.
