Diffractive analysis of optical systems in the nonparaxial/nonuniformly polarized regime

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The diffractive analysis code oasis (optical analysis software for interactive systems) has recently been enhanced to treat optical systems in the nonparaxial and the nonuniformly polarized regimes. Incorporation of capabilities to model truly 3-D optical beam trains via exact ray tracing, allows the analyst the ability to assess the optical performance of exotic mirror geometries.
