Wavelet based optical signal detection in a dense target environment

Abstract

Signal processing in a dense target environment has been found useful in applications such as medical diagnosis and weather forecasting. It was proved that the echo from the assemblage of targets is described by where D(x, y) is the target density, s(t) is radar signal, and x and y are the distance and velocity, respectively.
