Flash-on-flash contrast-sensitivity functions: subtractive and multiplicative mechanisms

Abstract

Last year we reported flash-on-flash thresholds for 0.5 octave increment Gabor targets (the sum of a Gaussian damped sinewave and a simple Gaussian of equal amplitude) in the dark adapted eye.
