Expanding the probe-acceptance-angle range for phase conjugation by Brillouin-enhanced four-wave mixing by using pump-frequency compensation

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The phase mismatch that drives energy transfer among the weak probe input, pump beams, and amplified phase conjugate output in high reflectivity Brillouin enhanced four wave mixing is determined by both spectral and spatial factors.
