Abstract

We report on the polarization properties and time dynamic behavior of a vertical cavity surface emitting laser with (Al05Ga0.5As1/2 (GaAs)1/2 fractional-layer superlattice (FLS) material1,2 that is used as a wavelength-dependent anisotropic gain medium.
