Computer-addressable SLM phase-modulation measurement in a nonideal environment

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

In conventional Mach-Zehnder Interferometer phase measurement, a very rigid working environment is needed to avoid the accuracy degradation of the result due to the stray low frequency vibration in the system.
