MATLAB for spatial-vision modeling, data analysis, and image processing

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Progress in vision research has been hampered by the difficulty that researchers have in using each other’s models. One typically develops models to explain one’s own data. It would be much better to use someone else’s model to explain one’s data since that would provide an independent test of the model.
