Abstract
Mellin-Radial harmonic (MRH) decomposition has been introduced by Mendlovic at al. [1] as an orthogonal expansion over the radius with a set of orthogonal basis functions Φ(r) = ri2πN− 1, with N integer: where (x0,y0) is the expansion center, R0 and r0 are the maximum and the minimum radius of input pattern.
