Abstract

Mellin-Radial harmonic (MRH) decomposition has been introduced by Mendlovic at al. [1] as an orthogonal expansion over the radius with a set of orthogonal basis functions Φ(r) = r^{i2πN− 1}, with N integer: where (x₀,y₀) is the expansion center, R₀ and r₀ are the maximum and the minimum radius of input pattern.
